Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Questions about products, installation, cost, customization, and overseas projects. For project-specific requirements, submit a project inquiry.
Do FEIFAN products comply with international building codes?
FEIFAN systems are developed against current Chinese standards and international design principles for adaptability and disassembly. For overseas projects, local code compliance should be confirmed with the local engineer, authority, and project consultant.
What is the minimum order quantity?
FEIFAN supports project-based production rather than only bulk standard-item supply. Project scale, product mix, customization level, and delivery location should be reviewed before confirming order requirements.
How much faster is installation compared with traditional construction?
The main difference comes from factory prefabrication and dry installation. Wall panels, bathroom pods, and modular building components can reduce wet trades, curing time, dust, and cross-work on site.
Can a damaged wall panel be replaced individually?
Yes. Dry-mounted wall panels are designed for independent removal and replacement. Actual operation should be handled by trained installers because adjacent closure, sealing, and profile details need to be protected.
Do you provide overseas on-site installation?
FEIFAN systems are designed so local installation teams can work from drawings, manuals, numbered components, and technical guidance.
- Installation manuals with step-by-step sequencing
- Factory training or remote video training
- Remote technical support during installation
- Prefabricated components delivered by installation sequence
Can products be customized?
Yes. Product modules, finish materials, colors, textures, panel sizes, and interface details can be developed around project drawings and performance requirements.
How is fire performance handled?
Fire performance depends on the selected product structure, substrate, finish, and project standard. FEIFAN can provide relevant test documents and support project-specific material selection.
How does lifecycle cost compare with traditional methods?
Unit material cost can be higher, but the full project cost may be reduced through shorter site cycles, fewer room-out-of-service days, less waste, and easier maintenance.
Can modular buildings be relocated and reused?
Yes. Fully-Finished Modular Building units use mechanical connections and can be disassembled, transported, and reassembled according to the project design and structural review.
What is the delivery lead time?
Lead time depends on project scale, customization level, drawing confirmation, production schedule, and logistics. Please send a project brief for a project-specific schedule.
Where have FEIFAN projects been delivered?
Project experience covers multiple regions in China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and Mexico. The United States and Australia markets are being developed.
How do we start cooperation?
Send a project brief with space type, approximate scale, location, schedule, and product direction. You can use the project inquiry page or contact FEIFAN by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Still have questions?
Send the project requirements directly.
Tell us the project type, scale, and key constraints. We will review and respond with the appropriate product direction.
