Wall structure
Integrated partitions organize space division, services, sound insulation, fire performance, and finish delivery in one system.
System 01 / Modular Integrated Wall
The system is built around integrated partitions, dry-mounted wall structures, and acoustic quick-install walls. Composite wall panels provide the finished surface, while the frame, connection, and profile system control structure, leveling, and maintenance.
Integrated partitions organize space division, services, sound insulation, fire performance, and finish delivery in one system.
Aluminum or steel-aluminum frames, connectors, and profiles carry different composite wall panel types.
Prefabricated Sintered Stone Panel, Nano Acoustic Panel, metal panel, and aluminum crystal panel can be integrated into the wall system.
Sound insulation, fire rating, moisture resistance, thermal insulation, heating, closure, and access can be coordinated during design.
Product Architecture
The Modular Integrated Wall System consists of integrated partitions, dry-mounted wall structures, and acoustic quick-install walls. Frames, connectors, and closure profiles provide support, leveling, and installation boundaries; sintered stone panels, Nano Acoustic Panels, metal panels, and aluminum crystal panels serve as finished and functional wall layers according to project requirements.
Used for new space division in hotels, offices, healthcare rooms, dormitories, and other projects that need controlled wall build-up.
Used to carry composite wall panels with leveling, connectors, profiles, and maintainable installation details.
Used for spaces requiring higher sound insulation, environmental performance, and installation efficiency.
Composite Wall Panel Matrix
The panel layer is selected according to weight, fire rating, surface finish, acoustic requirements, maintenance access, and budget. Sintered stone panels are placed first because they belong to the high-end finish category within the wall panel matrix.
Composite sintered stone panels, heating stone panels, and exterior insulation stone panels for high-end wall finishes.
Aluminum, steel, and composite metal panels for durable commercial wall surfaces and controlled closure details.
Wall panels that combine surface finish, sound absorption, and structural compatibility for project spaces.
