Sound absorption
The porous structure and micro-perforated surface help reduce echo and improve speech clarity.
System 05 / Acoustic
MBF Nano Acoustic Panel combines sound absorption, fire performance, environmental performance, and refined interior finish. The front micro-perforated aluminum surface guides sound into the panel while maintaining a clean decorative appearance.
Micro-perforations of approximately 0.2-0.5 mm allow sound transmission into the acoustic core while keeping the surface visually refined.
Micro-perforated aluminum finish, basalt fiber acoustic core, and black acoustic backing work together as one panel.
White finish is shown as a reference; wood grain, metal color, and low-saturation finishes can be customized for projects.
Acoustic Decorative Panel
Sound waves pass through the micro-perforated finish and enter the basalt fiber acoustic core. The panel helps reduce echo and reverberation while preserving a clean architectural wall surface.
Finish layer, basalt fiber core, and backing layer form the acoustic path.
Product Structure
The surface perforation allows sound to enter the panel without breaking the visual plane. The basalt fiber core provides the main sound absorption capacity, while the black acoustic backing stabilizes the composite panel.
Core Advantages
The porous structure and micro-perforated surface help reduce echo and improve speech clarity.
The inorganic material system supports public, office, and commercial interior applications.
Low-emission and recyclable material options support long-term interior use.
The panel is lightweight, stable, and available with different finish options for project positioning.
Perforation Plans
Round, square, cross, irregular, and special perforation plans can be selected according to acoustic target, surface rhythm, and shop drawing requirements.
Hole type, diameter, spacing, perforation rate, and layout direction are coordinated to balance acoustic performance and surface order.
Diameter 3-15 mm, perforation rate about 8.7%-19.6%, suitable for balanced sound absorption in meeting, office, and public spaces.

5 x 5-10 x 10 mm square holes, perforation rate about 15%-25%, suitable for geometric order and mid-high frequency control.

Combined 6/10 mm or 8/12 mm holes, perforation rate about 9%-19.6%, suitable for broader acoustic response and layered wall rhythm.

Mixed 8/12/20 mm or 12/20/35 mm holes, perforation rate about 9.8%-9.9%, suitable for refined interiors with a softer surface expression.
